Share it on: Hi,  Welcome back.  In this post we discuss about best strategy to live good life.  The stratergy to be the best version of your self.  The stratergy I about to discuss here is very very simple but it removes almost all the unnecessary confusions from your life.  The stratergy is  " Be ruthless to follow single law whichever suitable to you".  Ruthless doesn't mean being aggressive but be like someone with stillness to follow the principles or actions for pursuit of desired action.  And laws are the compass or guiding /navigation system which clearly shows what to do next.  Now the question is how one single law rule entire life.  If your law is not guiding you in every situation then its not law its plan. How to get rid of Negative Feelings

The first question comes in my mind when I start writing this post is " What is purpose of Negative feelings?" or " Simply  What is purpose of feelings?".  The answer isn't directly comes in my mind.   So to find answers I started to relook what actions we generally taken when we feel  those feelings.  Lets start with positive feeling with some common examples.  Imagine that you got high salary rise and promotion.  In this case you definately feel appreciation, joy, happiness and courage to perform even better next time and so on.  You want to share your achievement to your family members, your collegues and subotdinates.  Your heart in happiest state and you feel like you are extra ordinary.  At that time everything you do comes naturally to you.  You called your parents and gives good news for your promotion. How to live really good life.

I statred this blog with little bit off the way for purpose. Have you ever notice, something negative happened in the morning ruined entire day or something happened to you and according to your perception the event is negative, suddenly change your thought pattern from normalcy to negative.  If you read news paper and after reading some news you instantly transformed into victim mode and start complaining regarding to current scenario or even started to cursed God for the same.  I’m sure you also heard some cases in which two brothers or father and son not even spoke single word for twenty odd years because some arguments that occured twenty odd years ago. A women bruttely raped and killed. A cases of suicides, murder or kidnapped.  Now wait for a minute. Whats your feeling. Just mindfully notice.
