How to live really good life.



I statred this blog with little bit off the way for purpose.
Have you ever notice, something negative happened in the morning ruined entire day or something happened to you and according to your perception the event is negative, suddenly change your thought pattern from normalcy to negative. 
If you read news paper and after reading some news you instantly transformed into victim mode and start complaining regarding to current scenario or even started to cursed God for the same. 
I’m sure you also heard some cases in which two brothers or father and son not even spoke single word for twenty odd years because some arguments that occured twenty odd years ago. A women bruttely raped and killed. A cases of suicides, murder or kidnapped. 

Now wait for a minute. Whats your feeling. Just mindfully notice. It's positively anticipation for reading something or just influenced by words that creates negative feeling. 
Don't worry if its positive or negative.  Just congratulate your self that just because you are aware of your current feelings or thought pattern. 
The only thing that separates you and animal is the awareness of your curent state of mind, thought and feelings. 
But if we ignore the way we feel or our current thought pattern we transformed into animal. 

Now lets talk about positive or negative event. Is it something like spilling coffee on shirt having such effect that ruined your entire day. Or failing in 10th or 12th exam having such impact that someone end up his or her life. But we heard some examples of it. The weight of feeling of shame is such that someone things endup of life is better option. 
The only reason I understand is your perception of reality. 


In other words, reality is how we perceived information related to current scenario. And how we perceived information. Through our senses : Smell, sight, touch, taste. 
The information gathered through senses translated into emotion by mind which we feel. But if we don't train our mind well it generally having tendency to having negative bias.  
In other words we attracted towards negative thing or feel negative regarding to whatever happened. 

So if you put everything together its your mind that creates emotions and the emotions  determines how you feel that creates your reality. 
But the irony of life is you can't  blame your mind or entire biological system for the same. Because its your system. You are the master of it. 
You cant blame that unpleasant thought or ugly feeling due to which you trapped in the chain of unpleasant thoughts and ruined your entire day or even life. 

Have you ever find your feelings or thoughts . No thats not possible. Only thing you do is being aware of the feeling or thought pattern you are in. 
And if you dont like it, just change it. You know how to change it. It's just by changing internal representation of thoughts or feelings. 
For example, its our natural tendency that we hate to wait. But if you are in love you can wait for hours or even weeks to just take a single look for your beloved lover. 
Who changes your reality. Its none other than you. 
You changes hours or week long wait by making it pleasurable experience. 
But the only condition is you must have to aware of it. 
In most of the scenario we are not aware of it. Thats why we don't change it and unconsciously falls into the trapped of it. 

So the key to having really good life is just a step away: Being aware of your feeling and if you dont like it then change the perception. 
And remember nothing happens within second. 
To produce great results  takes time. Give this practice a time and it creates wonders for you.
